Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Main manuscript should consist at least "Introduction", "Literature Review", "Methods", "Discussion and Conclusions". In certain occasion, the "Literature Review" could be merged into the "Introduction". We expect the author(s) to constrast and compare their results with previous studies, explaining the limitation of their study and suggestion for future studies in the "Discusion and Conclusions". We also expect the author(s) to highlight social (if any), managerial, and scientific relevances of their research in the last part of "Discussion and Conclusions".
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

We encourage author(s) to use a reference manager to manage bibliographic and citation format of the manuscript. The author(s) could use Mendeley, Zotero, or other reference managers. There is no preference for certain citation format but the format should be consistent throughout the manuscript.
