Trends in Islamic Education (abbreviated as Trends Islam. Educ.) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal for multidisciplinary research activity on Islamic Education. This journal aims to provide a means for sustained discussion of relevant issues that fall within the focus and scopes of the journal which can be examined empirically in the following fields: 1) Curriculum and Pedagogy in Islamic Education; 2) Islamic Educational Philosophy and Thought; 3) Islamic Educational Institutions; 4) Technology and Innovation in Islamic Education; 5) Policy and Governance in Islamic Education; 6) Contemporary Challenges and Global Trends; and 7) Historical and Cultural Dimensions.
The Trends Islam. Educ. is an open-access journal containing original research articles and review articles in the areas related to Islamic Education. TheTrends Islam. Educ. publishes 2 issues in a year on June (first issue) and December (second issue). This journal has adopted a double-blind reviewing policy whereby both the referees and author(s) remain anonymous throughout the process.
